Curtis "Kurt" Elizabeth Anderson-Hummel. Married to the love of my life, Blaine, for three years (11/8/17). Blaine and I had a daughter, Sophia Evangeline (born 12/20/19) via surrogate, and another that I gave birth to (with the help of embryologist Alma Turner) named Asher Sterling, born May 19th, 2022. Pregnancy is... different, to say the least.

I’m gonna be in the hospital until the twins are born…

Everything will be alright. They’re giving me medication to hold off labor. I’m not having contractions, just a little bit of tightness. Asher has his heart surgery next week and after he recuperates and the twins are born, we’ll all go home.

Yeah, it’ll be okay. I know it’ll all be okay. *smiles softly* Hopefully the babies can wait at least a few more weeks, I know they’re probably excited to meet their crazy family, though! *chuckles* I’m just taking it one day at a time now. We’ll all get through this. I know we will.

*smiles and squeezes his hand* I love you so much. Thank you for being by my side through everything… How are the kids? What are they up to?

Are you afraid of the labor itself?

Right now I am because Asher’s birth was awful, so I kind of have a streak with difficult births going. I don’t know if they can transfer me back up to New York but it wouldn’t matter because Asher is having surgery next week and I’m not missing being there for him. I think everything will go well as long as labor can be held off a few weeks. I’m not having contractions, just some tightness, so I think the twins won’t be born for another few weeks. So they won’t be premature and everything will be fine.
